Tiffany Beaty is a graduate of Marquette University Law School. She was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in May 2009 and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in October 2009. Since joining Renee E. Mura, S.C., Attorney Beaty has practiced primarily in the area of family law, including divorce, child custody and placement, child support, and guardianship issues. She has also successfully handled various criminal cases.
While in law school, Attorney Beaty participated in the 2009 Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition. She was also the managing editor for the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review and was published in the Winter 2009 edition. Attorney Beaty interned at the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin where she assisted clients with divorces, basic wills, and bankruptcies. In addition, Attorney Beaty volunteered at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, helping people with various legal issues, such as termination of parental rights and divorce. She was also trained in the area of alternative dispute resolution.
